      通電沉水風(fēng)機(jī)無法啟動(dòng)

      1. 故障原因

      (1)電源異常。

      (2)電源電壓太低。

      (3)電源電纜斷裂,插頭損壞。

      (4)電源缺相。

      (5)電機(jī)繞組燒損。

      (6)雜物堵塞、卡死葉輪。

      2. 解決方法

      (1)待電源正常后,重新啟動(dòng)。

      (2)正常時(shí),電源電壓三相相間電壓為 350-400V,單相電壓為 200-240V之間。否則,應(yīng)設(shè)法恢復(fù)后,再啟動(dòng)使用。

      (3)更換損壞的電纜或插頭。

      (4)查出缺相部位,更換損壞開關(guān)、熔斷器、電機(jī)引出線。

      (5)重新繞制燒損繞組。

      (6)清除雜物,但須注意不要破壞葉輪的平衡。葉輪中心螺絲有些是反絲的,拆卸時(shí)要注意。

    沉水風(fēng)機(jī)

      沉水風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中突然停轉(zhuǎn)

      1. 故障原因

      (1)保護(hù)動(dòng)作,空氣開關(guān)跳閘或熔斷器熔斷。

      (2)電機(jī)繞組燒損。

      (3)葉輪被雜物卡死。

      2. 解決方法

      (1)查明保護(hù)動(dòng)作原因,消除故障后更換熔斷器。

      (2)重新繞制繞組。

      (1)調(diào)整抽水揚(yáng)程。

      振動(dòng)增大,超出允許范圍內(nèi)

      1. Cause of failure

      (1) Abnormal power supply.

      (2) The supply voltage is too low.

      (3) The power cable is broken and the plug is damaged.

      (4) The power supply is out of phase.

      (5) Loss of motor winding.

      (6) Impeller is blocked and stuck by debris.

      2. Solution

      (1) Restart after the power supply is normal.

      (2) In normal condition, the three-phase voltage of power supply is 350-400V and the single-phase voltage is 200-240V. Otherwise, try to restore before starting use.

      (3) Replace damaged cables or plugs.

      (4) Find out the missing phase and replace damaged switch, fuse and motor leads.

      (5) Rewinding burnt winding.

      (6) Remove foreign matters, but care must be taken not to destroy the balance of the impeller. Some of the central screws of the impeller are reversed, which should be paid attention to when removing.

      Submerged fan

      Sudden stop of submerged fan in operation

      1. Cause of failure

      (1) Protection action, air switch tripping or fuse fusing.

      (2) Loss of motor winding.

      (3) The impeller was stuck by debris.

      2. Solution

      (1) Find out the cause of protective action and replace fuse after eliminating faults.

      (2) Rewinding.

      (3) Remove debris and take care not to destroy the balance of impeller.

      No aeration of submerged fan

      1. Cause of failure

      (1) The motor can not be started.

      (2) The water filter is blocked by debris.

      (3) The outlet pipe is loose, blocked or broken.

      (4) Water suction openings are exposed.

      (5) Seal of the body is damaged.

      (6) Fan rotates in opposite direction.

      (7) The rotor and shaft are loose and slip.

      2. Solution

      (1) Press can not start the inspection process.

      (2) Remove debris from the water filter screen.

      (3) Check water outlet pipeline and treat it symptomatically.

      (4) Adjust the position of submerged fan.

      (5) Replace damaged sealing parts.

      (6) Adjust any two-phase wiring of the power supply and change the phase sequence; Single-phase motor changes wiring.

      (7) Eliminate loosening and slipping.

      Excessive current in operation of submerged fan

      1. Cause of failure

      (1) Motor overload.

      (2) Damage to seals of bearings, bushings, etc.

      (3) Shaft bending.

      2. Solution

      (1) Adjust the pump head.

      (2) Replace seals of the same specification.

      (3) Re-correct shaft or replace it.

      Increased vibration beyond allowable range

      1. Cause of failure

      (1) The fasteners in the fan are loose.

      (2) The balance of motor rotor or impeller is destroyed.

      (3) There are foreign matters in the rotating part.

      2. Solution

      (1) Check and tighten all fastening parts.

      (2) Re-correct pump balance.

      (3) Remove foreign matters.

      "Buzzing" of submerged fan after energizing, but it does not work properly

      1. Cause of failure

      Capacitor damaged.

      2. Solution

      Replace the damaged capacitor, take care not to let the cooling oil in the pump overflow when replacing, and tighten the relevant screws.
